Express Post: delivery time is usually next day, rarely up to 2 days. Courier: same day metro to metro delivery, in the same state only. Please note with courier, they will not deliver to a PO Box address.

How quickly do you ship? - We aim to have any order shipped the same day or the next, so for safety lets say within 2 business days, but very rarely would there be a situation when we won’t ship within 24hours.

When will “x” be available again? – Our dice take a long time to make, this also with our stone dice includes the time it takes to find a suitable chunk of stone to cut. As such there are no specific dates of availability. Feel free to drop us an email at info@levelupdice.net to give an estimate, but please note that this is subject to change.

What size are your dice? – Our dice are 16mm-18mm whenever not mentioned. Please note that due to the nature of hand cutting the semi-precious stone dice, that they will not always be the exact size. Our mini D6 are 12mm.

Are all your stone dice made from natural stone? – Whenever possible, we try to use natural stone; when the stone for example is too brittle we will use a semi-synthetic process to make the dice hard enough to be rolled.

What kind of Aluminium do you use? - Our Aluminium is 6063 is an aluminium alloy, with magnesium and silicon as the alloying elements. The standard controlling its composition is maintained by The Aluminum Association. It has generally good mechanical properties and is heat treatable and weldable. It is similar to the British aluminium alloy HE9. 6063 is the most common alloy used for aluminium extrusion. It allows complex shapes to be formed with very smooth surfaces fit for anodizing.

If I roll my semi-precious dice, will they crack/break? – It all depends on the surface you are rolling them on. If you roll them on a hard surface such as wood or concrete, they will break. If you roll them on a softer surface like leather or velvet, then your dice should last you a long time.

Will the copper/brass oxidise over time? Can they be cleaned? – Yes they will, there are plenty of products at your local hardware store that can both enrich the oxidisation process as well as prevent or polish.

Are you an Australian company? – Yes, we are Australian owned and run. Whenever possible we also make as much onshore as we can viably do.
